Create order
In Poool, offers are “contracted” and automatically reworded into orders.
Other settings, such as order planning, can then be made in the orders.
In Poool, you can order offers completely or just individual item groups. Optional item groups offer flexibility without unnecessarily increasing the total amount. Customers decide whether they want to take them into account. This allows you to customize the offer to project requirements and budget.
- Navigate to the Offer area under
Projects → Offersin the software and open the desired offer.
- Review the offer and pay attention to the item groups included, including optional item groups
- To start the ordering process, change the status to
Ordered.
- This opens the commissioning process, where you can choose whether you want to commission the entire offer, include or omit optional items and whether you want to commission the offer partially.
- Decide on the desired commissioning option: Total commissioning (Ok), partial commissioning (Advanced group commissioning) or the inclusion of optional item groups.
- Confirm the order and save the created orders by clicking on the
→ OKbutton.
- Manage the created orders and monitor the progress in the project or order area of the Poool software.
By following these steps, you have successfully commissioned offers in Poool, enabling you and your customers to optimize the offer to suit the respective project requirements and the available budget.
